Answer:
The inclusion list is a list of implant categories that is maintained by the ministry of health. We - together with ministry - made a SNOMED reference set of implants in SNOMED that fall in these categories. That is the SNOMED reference set, that is in the release of SNOMED CT: 52801000146101 |simpele referentieset met implantaten uit landelijk implantatenregister (metadata)|. This reference set can also be seen in the browser: just search for the code and click on members.
BUT, this reference set is a list of SNOMED codes and not a mapping. We had a Implant mapping list earlier, but it was not efficient to maintain a mapping set if there exist an international mapping. So we decided to use the international mapping of GMDN-SNOMED that includes all relevent GMDN codes, not only implants. This mapping (GMDN extension), just as our SNOMED release, can be dowloaded from MLDS: https://mlds.ihtsdotools.org/#/landing
So if you want an actual recent list like you provided, you need to filter the GMDN-SNOMED mapping list with the SNOMED codes from the reference set mentioned above.
I hope this answer helps you further.

@Evita van Loon The LIR is a product from the Rijksoverheid. You can find more information about the list here:
Registratie van implantaten | Medische hulpmiddelen en technologie | Rijksoverheid.nl
We don't understand what you are looking for. Is it the latest version of the LIR or the latest version of the SNOMED mapping to LIR?
