I believe this schematron assert:
is too strict considering what has been agreed between you and Perined.
I think we need to do a hotfix for this.
Is it possible for you to ignore this error for the time being?

Yes the data element is used to indicate if the patient is under treatment for any of the problems the patient has within the Anamnese section.
Just to clarify, we sent "No" for "Under Treatment?", because the patient did not have any of the specific disorders recorded under Anamnese. We included disorders within the Anamnese section because we are sending an explicit "No" for them.
Since the patient does not have any disorders, then the patient can't be under treatment for the disorders, so we sent a "No" for that data element as well. So to me the schematron error doesn't make sense, but I am looking for clarification.

I see the point of this, which is that it’s not actually a problem, but it’s a data element to indicate if the patient is undergoing treatment by a GP or specialist.

Sorry for an additional question.
As you know, we updated the pregnancy history to send an explicit No for any condition that wasn't marked for the patient. We are running into an issue where because none of the conditions were marked for the patient, we sent everything as No. Because we sent everything as No, we marked Onder behandling (geweest)? as "No" as well, because you can't be treated for conditions you never had.
As a result, we are getting this schematron answer. Can you let us know how we should be handling this instead?
