Transacties in scope voor DVP kwalificatie niet duidelijk en onwenselijk dat retrieve niet verplicht is

3.2.1 Transactions in scope

  • Find Document Manifests – This transaction is used to issue parameterized queries that result in a list of Document Manifest resources.

  • Find Document References – This transaction is used to issue parameterized queries that produce a list of Document Reference resources.

  • Retrieve Document – This transaction is used to get documents.

Document Consumer shall implement at least one transaction: Find Document Manifests, Find Document References, or Retrieve Document. Document Responder shall implement all transactions.

Verduidelijking van Impact

Mogelijk groot omdat de regels aangepast worden van 1 van de 3 transacties ondersteunen naar minimaal 2 vd 3 met alleen retrieve documentManifest als optioneel. Navraag bij het kwalificatieteam wees uit dat er geen partijen zijn die niet aan de nieuwe eis voldoen momenteel.  De impact van dit issue is daardoor minder negatief, maar nog steeds significant omdat voorkomen wordt dat er een onwerkbare situatie kan ontstaan met het uitwisselen van documenten in MedMij. Het is namelijk niet meer mogelijk om niet te kwalificeren voor retrieve document zoals in de oude situatie wel kan.

Toevoegen volgende tekst in TO:

Document Consumer shall implement find Document References and Retrieve Document, implementing find Document Manifest is optional for Document Consumer. Document Responder shall implement all transactions.

Hoi Former user, en aanderen.

De beschrijving staat inderdaad wat fout. De 'Retrieve Document' dient altijd ondersteunt te worden. Er zou mijn inziens wel gekozen mogen worden tussen Find Document Reference en Find Document Manifest. Ondersteuning van de Find Document Manifest zou echter ook betekenen dat de partijen de DocumentReferences kunnen ophalen verkregen vanuit de DocumentManifest.

Daarbij denk ik dat de Find Document Reference de belangrijkste transactie is. Dit kan toch beter opgeschreven worden. Die tekst komt te 1 op 1 uit het IHE MHD profiel en is niet geheel toepasbaar binnen de context van MedMij.
