populate url in fhir package (package.json)

Description

Hi Nictiz! Could it be possible that Nictiz populates url in package.json before publishing? Simplifier does not populate it. You need it to create generate IG's that depend on the package. It's also necessary if you want to derive profiles via tools like SUSHI and IG publisher. adding it before publishing it to the registry would be helpful to us.
