Aanpassen ConceptMap InterpretatieVlaggenCodelijst-to-observation-interpretation source system

Description

De ConceptMap InterpretatieVlaggenCodelijst-to-observation-interpretation bevat verkeerde URL's bij target en source.

Uit MM-422:
Volgens mij klopt de ConceptMap nu niet, want die vertaalt van source-systeem 'http://hl7.org/fhir/v3/ObservationInterpretation' naar target-systeem 'http://hl7.org/fhir/v2/0078'. Volgens mij moet het source-systeem de target worden en moet 'http://snomed.info/sct' als source worden gebruikt.

Verduidelijking van Impact

The translation from the zib valueset to the FHIR valueset couldn't be formally made, although informally the purpose was clear. Fixing this shouldn't have any impact.

Proposed solution (NL)

Aanpassen source-system naar SNOMED in conceptmap-InterpretatieVlaggenCodelijst-To-Observation-Interpretation.xml.
Aanpassen Observation.interpertation.comment zodat duidelijk wordt dat het niet noodzakelijk is om de ConceptMap te gebruiken.

FHIR STU3 maakt gebruik van de V2 valueset terwijl R4 gebruikt maakt van de hl7 versie 3 valueset. Daarom moet in de ConceptMap de target-systeem 'http://hl7.org/fhir/v2/0078' zijn. Dit is weer terug gezet.

Daarnaast is een ConceptMap hier noodzakelijk omdat de betreffende Zib valueset al op het element is gebonden. Daarom passen we de interperation.comment ook iets aan zodat duidelijk wordt dat hier niet perse gebruikt hoeft te worden gemaakt van de ConceptMap.
