Omschrijving: Section 1.3.1. The figure explains the data exchange in the two main use cases. However, I find the description with the letters confusing, as in the text there are different letters and numbers than in the figure. The letters are useful for reference, but make the image unnecessarily complicated I think.  

Section 2.1.   “Het uitwisseling” should be “De uitwisseling” or “Het uitwisselen”.

Section 2.3.4.2 Missing an ART DÉCOR link there, which I found useful to have in the table.

Section 3.1. We believe that the rules governing the data type in question should prevail, while maintaining accuracy. For example: in HL7, the Numeric data type often specifies that a decimal point could be considered optional.

Section 4.2. Regarding the statement that “the receiving party should be able to save the data without loss of information” we think that It’s not always safe to show or process the code due to potential decision support in the system that might rely on the old code, but it should not cause a fatal error in receiving the document.
